God is our Father, and like clay in the hand of the potter, we are nothing. All we have, our destiny, our ministry, our family, our children, people we know, and all we are – it is by grace. Before I truly gave my life to Jesus, I didn’t have time to read the Bible and never had the chance to read this verse. My life was nothing, despite my struggle to study in order to change my career. Regardless of how hard I worked, I couldn’t make any progress. Who could I blame? My parents? My environment? Could I be jealous? When I gave my life to Jesus, I abandoned everything to His hand, imagining Him as a potter, the only one who could change my destiny. The potter transformed me, and my career changed – for His purpose! In 2006, I became senior adviser to the prime minister for four years and then was CEO of a national airline for five years. My life changed, and I was able to contribute to our church. My heart was open to assist people. Even when I lost that position, I knew God would continue to be faithful, and He always responds at the right time.

Haggai equiped me as leader to impact my people. I now use SMART objectives in both my work and in men’s ministry at my church.
