God’s promise of His presence is found within the context of Christian community. It’s deeply encouraging to know that despite the trials and challenges of life we face, we are not alone — God is with us always. And when we as the church of Jesus Christ gather together in His name and under His authority, we are enveloped with His presence. This delegated power and authority is not for our own selfish gain, but for the edification of others. It is to always be seasoned with love and fulfilled with mercy, compassion, and forgiveness. God’s presence, power, and authority are felt among His chosen people, who pursue Him in love and seek peace and reconciliation with one another while growing into the likeness and character of Christ. We are truly His disciples when others see God’s love, mercy, forgiveness, and unity working in and through us within the body of Christ and through our witness to the watching world.

Haggai has been pivotal in igniting my vision for ending Gospel poverty. Through the Haggai Leader Experience, I have been able to equip many pastors and ministry leaders who are actively involved in sharing the Gospel in India and beyond.
