As we walk through life, we are always following a path in which we cannot see the whole route. Leaving what we would prefer to follow the path of God costs us, undoubtedly. Regardless of the emotions of life, you and I are in this world to live differently, to be a light. This light only comes from knowing Jesus. God invites us to follow His path. Mark 1:18-20 mentions four key words: leave, nets, follow, and mend. If we choose to follow Jesus, we must leave behind bad habits, connect with networks of people or untangle networks that stagnate us, follow Him with good disposition, and mend injustices in the world. My childhood was marked by many doubts and questions from my parents, who did not know the purpose of why God joined them and why I was born. God allowed them to leave behind their doubts, connect with key people who led them to the right path, and they continue their healing daily. Every path has a purpose, and regardless of what you must leave or do for God to transform your story and connect you with his Divine plan, He will show you the way.
