In summer of 2022, COVID-19 cases in the Philippines were reduced from thousands to just a few hundred. It was good news for most Filipinos. However, life has been so tough for those who never recuperated from the impact of the pandemic. In times like these, we may ask, “When will these trials end?” I believe the best way is to turn to God in faith. Trust His words, whether in triumph or in trials. It is important to exercise our faith in God. The Lord gave me the opportunity to teach work values to and share the Gospel with incoming workers, resulting in more than a thousand professions of faith, by the grace of God. In the church, the Lord gave me the privilege to write weekly devotional lessons for our Sunday school. Soon, sign language for the deaf and mute will be launched as one of our church ministries. When faced with lots of challenges and opportunities, I claim and cling to what Jesus Christ said, “Have faith in God.”

The Haggai Learning Experience helped me continually understand the urgency of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
