In February 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic broke into the country of Gabon. People could not gather in schools, in churches, or even in the marketplace. For several months, people were asked to stay home. We had a total lockdown. Only vital and limited services were allowed to function in the country. People stayed at home, and many of them were left hungry for the Word of God. Today, by God’s grace, the lockdown is over and people can go back to their daily activities and routines without hindrance. Crowds are allowed to meet for different purposes. The Church, the body of Christ in Gabon, must seize this opportunity to spread the Gospel of the Lord Jesus to many through public and private gatherings! After facing many trials, sickness, and death, people are looking for significance, hope, and comfort. May the Church in Gabon, and all over the world, provide for these needs through the testimony of the Good News of hope and comfort in the name of the Lord Jesus.
