When my siblings and I were little children, I had problems with my ears, my two brothers nearly died from their allergy to penicillin, and my sister had a clubfoot at birth. But our parents stretched out their hands to God for our physical healing, and we were completely healed. As a child, I accompanied my dad after church on Sundays, preaching in the villages in Labasa, Fiji. Many committed their lives to Christ and were healed. I was about 9 years old when I saw a lady writhing, making hissing sounds, and crawling on the ground like a snake. The villagers had brought her for prayer. I saw my dad stretch out his hand, and with his team, he prayed for the woman to be healed in Jesus’ name. After a while, I saw her spew something and weep. She stood up and was restored and whole again. That day, my dad explained physical and spiritual healing to me. From then onward, I have prayed for healing when someone is sick, and I have asked God to heal and restore them. Let the healing hand of the Lord Jesus touch you. May His hands heal your heart, mind, soul, and body.
