This past Easter season, I heard some conversations from a few people in church management about keeping Good Friday and Easter services low key and inside the church premises to avoid issues with the authorities, political parties, and other religious groups. When I heard this, I felt afraid, and many questions came to my mind: What’s going to happen to my beautiful country? What’s going to happen to our next generation? Slowly, through subtle messages across the country, it’s becoming clear that we belong inside the four walls of our churches and are not welcomed outside. My heart was very burdened, and God spoke to me silently: “It’s OK to have fear, but don’t allow it to take control of your life.” When the Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? When fear makes us forget what God has done for us, remember: Faith in God, who is living inside of us, will set us free. The Lord is our stronghold, and we must focus on the love of God. Fear vanishes in His love. I am going to cling to God and His love more and more. What about you?

The Haggai Leader Experience (HLE) gave me a broader outlook about the ministries across the world, and this made me more effective in my mission. I became more intentional and focussed in my ministry. Most importantly, my HLE brought me closer to Lord.
