I n my country, the Philippines, we have a lot of uncertainties that could cripple us with fear. Not long ago, two typhoons hit our country causing landslides that buried 30 people. There are also unprecedented earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, epidemics, and wars in other nations. However, the declaration of Jesus — “In me, you may have peace” — made me realize that being in HIM made the difference. Embracing Jesus as my Savior and the Lord of my life allowed me to stop being afraid and become an overcomer in the Lord. Truly, the Lord Jesus overcame all, and that includes in the spiritual realm. He paid the full price so I can be redeemed and become His new creation. He rules and reigns in every segment of my life, and that’s why I experience His shalom despite the rumble around the globe. The greater news is that He wants you to have this too. Will you accept His peace and become an overcomer?

My Haggai Leader Experience sharpened my focus on developing, investing, and multiplying leaders to help end Gospel poverty. Since 2011, strategic doors opened for me to engage with the military, the Department of Social Work, schools, and in the local government. With that, I am deeply grateful to Dr. John Edmund Haggai for his vision of training nationals to reach their nations for the Lord.
