Mendoza, Argentina, is well known for the quality of its wines. Good wine comes from good fruit, but there is only one way those feeble branches can bear good fruit — by abiding in the vine, being pruned, and receiving the precious sap they need to grow. In the same way, we can prove to be Jesus’ disciples by abiding in Him, being pruned of whatever inhibits our spiritual growth, and being strengthened to bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit. The power of the blood of Jesus provides everything we need to live a life of victory, protection, healing, redemption, and authority. With true daily communication with our loving Savior, we glorify Him, learn how to more deeply abide, and are strengthened in our lives. He wants us to use that power and apply it to our lives to produce much fruit. Are you willing to use that power today in your life?
