Twelve years ago, I had to make the decision to move again with my family from one province to another. At that time, we were living in Costa Rica after God had moved us from Guatemala. Even though it was not easy, I was looking to raise up a new congregation. We spent three years sowing in the city. The brothers wept for our departure, but they understood the work of sharing the Good News had to continue. Was the job done? Probably not. But it was God’s time to say goodbye and assign us to new tasks. Let’s meditate on this, the work that Jesus has accomplished among us. He had only three years with His disciples. It was a very short time, and there was still a lot to do, but He was sure that everything He had done glorified the Father. My desire for you is that you allow your ministry to go from the urgent to the important. That like Jesus, you fulfill God’s agenda. Focus on getting the seal of approval from the One who sent you.
